【金色财经】据报道，纽约州议员 Phil Steck 提出法案，拟对全州 Kripto Varlıklar交易征收 0.2% 消费税，预计每年可增收1.58亿美元，资金将用于纽约州北部学校的防毒与干预项目。该税收涵盖 NFT、Mining 和 Stake 所得 dijital varlık 及 stablecoin 等。目前，包括纽约、加州在内的八个州在税务上将 Kripto Varlıklar 视作现金等价物，并已对 dijital varlık 征收 Sermaye Kazancı Vergisi、赠与税和遗产税。
