On August 15, according to the validator queue tracking website validatorqueue, the current exit queue of the Ethereum PoS network reports 788,624 coins, worth approximately $3.651 billion, setting a historical record for exit scale in coin terms. Meanwhile, approximately 332,846 ETH are queued to join the network. Previous reports indicated that this situation reflects two opposing forces in the market: on one hand, some stakers may choose to lock in profits after Ethereum rebounded over 160% since the low in April, leading to a surge in the exit queue; on the other hand, new funds being driven by regulatory favourable information and institutional demand are also pushing up the entry queue, as public companies like SharpLink Gaming and BitMine Immersion increase their holdings of ETH and stake.
