A Whale has sold 7,000 ETH for a profit of 12.65 million dollars since April.
According to the Gate News bot, monitored by Ai Yi, "the OG who ICO'd 100,000 ETH in 2015" sold another 1,000 ETH over 2 hours ago, worth 2.65 million USD, with a cost as low as 0.31 USD.
He transferred 5000 ETH to the new address 0x0bE...0ECDf, and the remaining 4000 ETH is expected to be sold soon; since April, this whale has sold a total of 7000 ETH and made a profit of 12.65 million dollars.
In comparison, another Ethereum trader lost over 1,000 ETH within a month due to poor timing in selling and buying back. Data shows that trader 0x83c6 sold 2,522 ETH a month ago at a price of $1,570, gaining a total of $3.96 million. However, in the latest transaction, the trader repurchased 1,425 ETH at a price of $2,670, spending $3.8 million, resulting in a net loss of over 1,000 ETH.
