Nillion CMO released a post to announce more Airdrop standards, to address community questions and reward contributors who have actually impacted the project
ChainCatcher message, Nillion CMO Charlie Rogers introduced more details of Nillion Airdrop in his X account article, aiming to answer community questions and reward contributors who truly have a practical impact on the project. In the article, Charlie Rogers stated: When designing the Airdrop matrix, the Nillion team identified three main categories: community value, developer and open-source contributions, and validator participation plan. These categories are designed to reward contributions that have a real impact on the project, whether they are promotional contributions or technical contributions. Furthermore, regarding the Sybil attackers in the recent highly discussed validator plan in the community, Charlie Rogers stated: Even if these accounts currently appear to be eligible, they will not be included in the Airdrop to ensure that rewards go to our long-term supporters and genuine community members. At the same time, two types of participants will not be included in the Airdrop, specifically: Secret submitters with extremely low participation: only submitted 4 Secrets; did not stake any ETH; did not obtain Discord roles; do not own Nill Pill NFTs. Late validators with extremely low participation: participate in validation after September 14, 2024; have not staked any ETH; have not obtained Discord roles; do not own Nill Pill NFTs. Finally, Charlie Rogers stated: Nillion aims to establish a new standard for the operation of the crypto community, hoping to help everyone understand our rigorous decision-making process more transparently by publicly disclosing more details of the Airdrop.
