here’s the 4 species you meet in the wild
1. builders - actually make something cool or at least try like hell, even if it’s trash without pmf. the “honest guys”. low upside for riding their ship, but good people
2. scammers - goal is simple: lure you in, take your money, rug on terms or vesting, “hack” themselves
3. builder-scammers - my favorite. they can build, they know the game, and they also know… the nuances. think effen team
4. scammer-builders - the hardest to read. can ship right but over-scam so hard they end up in the scammer box. often the ones that kill whatever hope you had left for their product
