#稳定币监管与发展# Such a large-scale acquisition reminds me of those eyewash schemes that claimed to be stablecoins back in the day. 200 million dollars, that's no small amount. Ripple's move here is quite interesting; it seems they want to get a share of the stablecoin payment pie. However, we must keep our eyes peeled. Such major actions often hide secrets.

Do you remember the wave of stablecoin hype a few years ago? How many people were left with nothing after being scammed by those so-called "high-yield stablecoins"? Looking back now, the stablecoin projects that can truly stand the test are those that are solidly focused on technology and compliance.

Ripple's acquisition of Rail this time is ostensibly aimed at enhancing payment efficiency, but I suspect there are regulatory considerations behind it. After all, countries have different attitudes towards stablecoins; having over 60 licenses shows that their compliance efforts are quite significant.

For us ordinary investors, this kind of news is actually quite far from us. But it reminds us that when choosing a stablecoin, we must clearly understand the issuing party, reserve assets, and regulatory status behind it. Don't be fooled by those eyewash promotions; in the end, it's our hard-earned money that we will lose.

In conclusion, my advice regarding stablecoins is: it's better to accept lower returns and choose a reliable large platform. Safety comes first; don't risk yourself for a small profit. After all, in this circle, lasting longer is more important than anything else.
