Finn has led Securitize to obtain licenses as a U.S. broker-dealer, transfer agent, and investment advisor, and has participated in mergers and acquisitions totaling over $700 million. Justin Barlow, executive director of the Sei Development Foundation, stated that Finn's institutional resources and practical experience will help build RWA infrastructure that meets Compliance requirements.
